Why do I need a Care Manager?
Care Managers reduce family burdens, facilitate communication and assist with finding cost-effective services. The Care Manager gives personalized, compassionate advice, based on the individual’s wants and needs. They are experts in dealing with the continually changing challenges of aging.
Do you offer Skilled Nursing Services?
No. We provide supervised personal assistants, companion caregivers, and professional care management. Some of our clients receive concurrent services from Home Health or other providers and we work those agencies to deliver the most complete service.
Are your caregivers employees or independent contractors?
All of our caregivers are employees. We pay all required taxes and insurance, State Disability Insurance, bonding and Workers Compensation. So, there’s no need for you to worry about this liability. We also provide other benefits to attract and keep the best caregivers.
What background checks do you do on your employees?
Eldercare Services does a comprehensive background clearance check, including references, previous employers, driving record, driver’s license status, automobile insurance status, tuberculosis testing, criminal background and INS status. See also, Caregiver Qualifications
What is the cost of your services?
We custom tailor our services for each client and family's specific needs and situation. Prices for services vary based on the level of care necessary. Please give us a call and we will compile a complimentary individualized estimate for you.
